Vincent Bachelet

Vincent Bachelet holds a Ph.D. in intellectual property and digital law.
As a specialist in the legal issues surrounding open innovation and digital commons, his research lies at the intersection of intellectual property law, digital law, and the social and solidarity economy. His research focuses in particular on exploring legal responses to value capture in the digital sphere, particularly in the context of training AI models. As a consultant at inno³, he supports various open innovation projects in structuring and implementing their strategies.
Ramya Chandrasekhar
Affiliation: Centre Internet et Société CNRS / Open Knowledge Foundation / Université-Paris-Pantheon-Assas

Ramya Chandrasekhar is a lawyer and legal researcher specializing in open data, copyright, and data protection law. She is a member of the Sustainable Data Commons (SUDACO) project, a collaboration between the CNRS’s Internet and Society Center and the Open Knowledge Foundation. Ramya’s research focuses on new licenses and data trusts as potential legal vehicles for the governance of digital data within a commons framework.
Manon Galle
Affiliation : ANCT (Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires)

Manon Galle is the Digital Project Manager at the Incubateur des territoires and the head of the ANCT’s open-source and digital commons strategy. As part of these responsibilities, she oversees the implementation of this strategy and contributes to the work of the Free Software Council established by DINUM in 2022. This council brings together, on the one hand, public officials from government agencies committed to the use and development of free software, and on the other, stakeholders from the ecosystem: associations and foundations that bring together citizens, local governments, and businesses. Its role is to serve as a forum for exchange among various free software stakeholders in order to help government agencies place free software at the heart of their digital transformation.
Nicolas Jullien
IMT Atlantique (LEGO/Marsouin)

Nicolas Jullien is a professor of economics at IMT Atlantique and co-director of Marsouin.org, a social science research network focused on the impact of digital technology. His research focuses on innovation management and the management of (virtual) organizations, as well as what is now known as “open innovation.” His research examines the interactions between market-based institutions and open, non-market collective production (e.g., open-source software, Wikipedia): how these collective endeavors impact the organization of these industries, both in terms of business models and the organization of work.
