2025 Retrospective: inno³ at the service of the digital commons

Run at a relentless pace, alternating between bursts of openness and protectionist trends, 2025 leaves us with mixed results. For 2026, we hope for digital strategies -- both individual and collective -- that move beyond these contradictions and durably transform our ecosystems.

Today’s tensions remind us: innovation will only count as progress if it carries collective meaning. In the face of monopoly abuses, the answer is not to enact new monopolies, but to build open, resilient ecosystems that fully extend to the digital sphere and to the underlying infrastructures. At Inno³, we believe that digital sovereignty is not built in isolation, but through sustainable collaboration between actors of all sizes and origins. The point is not to engage naively, but to fully grasp the opportunities and the conditions for such a lasting transformation.

2026 will mark inno³’s 15th anniversary (a sign of digital majority?). More than ever, we will draw on the social sciences and humanities (law, sociology, design, economics, and so on) to support this transformation and build a digital landscape that is both viable for the actors involved and sustainable for the ecosystems formed.

Our thanks to all of you for your trust and our exchanges, with the hope of continuing to build sustainable and inclusive ecosystems together.
